While visiting in Idaho, we decided to look for a home in our friend’s city, a spur of the moment decision. Christie talked to us about our wants/needs in a house. She scheduled several homes over a 3 day period that she thought we’d be interested in and also got us started in the process of being approved for a loan. On the 3rd day, we found “the” house. She successfully negotiated several thousand dollars off the price and by the time we left to go back to sell our old house (one week later), we were on our way to owning the new one. Christie was VERY easy to work with and kept our search on track at all times. She seemed sincerely interested in our finding exactly what we wanted! She was familiar with loan companies, banks, and appraisers and the whole process went fast and smoothly. I highly recommend her in your search for the “perfect” house!
Christie should be anyone’s go to realtor!She has amazing skills and such a strong work ethic. She communicated almost every step of the way several times a week, It was extremely relieving and helpful going through this process not knowing much or even anything at all about buying a house. She helped us feel confident, she explained everything in a way that we understood it and if we ever needed to ask a question she was always available to talk, and almost always had an answer to our question/concern. Christie genuinely cared about how my husband and I were doing through this whole process of buying our first home and was patient and did her job so well on getting us our dream home! I am very happy/thankful we chose Christie and know in the future we will use her again.
